I enjoy the variety my job offers for me. I never feel bored, as I always have new projects ongoing and new things to learn. I get to see the company from many different aspects. I encounter various situations where I can use my creativity to solve them. It's satisfying to see the impact of my work both on Nokia's business and also on people's well-being at work. Working in close interaction with other people gives me extra energy. I have colleagues all around the world and it's always inspiring to interact with them, whether face-to-face or online. The "Nokia family" is a concept that resonates well to me and I think it describes our company very well.

Greatest Achievement
The President of Finland awards several people every year for their special contributions in different fields of the society. I feel honoured to have been one of the Nokia employees who was awarded in 2016. I received the award because of my support to our work community and the improvement of the general atmosphere. That is something I'm really proud of.
