Are work terms flexible? I saw a listing that interested me but it's 8-16 months and I can only do 4 months for my co-op

Hi there, it might be flexible but typically if a job posting says 8-16 months, they would likely prefer someone longer. If the job posting says 4+ months or 4-16 months there might be more flexibility with regards to the length. if that doesn't work, there will be others!
