As a Senior (Software) Engineer at Nokia, one of the main aspects I enjoy most about my role is its diversity. On any given day, I might be:

• Planning new features and designing the architecture of new components in our solution
• Collaborating with our Product Security Lead team to ensure secure design principles are followed
• Implementing features, whether through direct programming or system integration
• Giving demonstrations to other teams to share knowledge about tools and solutions

Another aspect I truly value is the opportunity to work with an exceptional team that brings together a wide range of expertise. Our team includes developers, network specialists, and 4G/5G experts, among others. It's incredible how much I learn from my colleagues — there's always something new to discover every day!

Last but certainly not least, I find great motivation in seeing the real value our work brings. The automation solutions we develop have a tangible impact, making other people's work more efficient and effective. This sense of purpose — knowing that our work makes a difference — is particularly rewarding.
