Lyn P. asked a question to Burcu D.
Hi Lyn, thank you for this question. Nokia is keen on fostering and nourishing communities and we have various communities in the company. To name a few where you can find external information: we have 14 Employee Resource Groups each formed voluntarily by our employees, another one is Next Gen Community which is a community for all graduates at Nokia to connect regardless of region, role, or business group. Our communities grow continuously, where individuals who have similar goals or challenges and share a passion for a topic or skill area, connect, collaborate. They access Nokia collective thought leadership, increase their network and inspire others to act. I hope this information helps.
Thank you for this thoughtful response. This is exactly what I hoped to find.
