Can I ask the Time taken and process for an application to move from pre screening to interview and ultimately selection

Hi Pritpal,
Due to the high volume of applications, sometimes It takes 5-7 working days for the recruitment team to review & put it towards the interview process. Since there are multiple rounds involved in most of the positions, it takes additional 2 weeks before we make an offer. Hope this helps you to plan & prepare well.
