We have a Digital Workforce Adoption program at Nokia that does a fantastic job with ensuring that Nokia as a company continues to develop our collective digital / technology knowledge and skills. Regular training programs offered in multiple time zones to allow for our global company full access. In addition, we have an extensive learning and development program with learning offers on various applications and technologies that employees can assess 24/7. Nokia is passionate about continuing learning and development for all employees.

Courtesy of your response, I researched Nokia's learning initiatives. While I cannot access most of it, what I found was impressive.
I especially liked the "NokiaEDU Learning Space"; clear display of Nokia's passion for individual growth. (I suggest anyone reading this look it up.)
