Please explain, what you mean by "security framework".
In regular meaning - "compilation of state-mandated and international cyber security policies and processes to protect critical infrastructure" I can say that yes, our security framework is complete. For example, we managed with no damage the "wanna cry" ransomware global attack 4 years ago ;)
