Nicole C. asked a question to Rita L.
Thank you in advance! As an aspiring engineer, I would love to know more about what it means to work for Nokia, from a more personal standpoint.
Hi Nicole!
Thank you for your question!
I don’t have a specific situation to share because I try to live in the moment and always feel comfortable and free in my work environment. However, I can highlight some situations, such as when I start a project and people or businesses present their ideas and state the requirements.
In some companies, I might have hesitated to speak up, worried about judgment or resistance. But here, the culture is different. Leadership encourages boldness, supports new ideas, and empowers us to lead projects. Additionally, the company’s fearless culture creates safe spaces for experimentation, where team members openly share concerns and solutions, confident that even if they fail, their efforts will be valued.
This culture of openness, empowerment, and fearlessness transforms not only projects but also people—making them confident to dream big and bring those dreams to life.
