There are many aspects to this question. My view would be from a learning perspective. The future is 5G and Nokia has developed a robust 5G certification program. https://youtu.be/5TSuLzL4RqM

Interesting question indeed, Thanks Sandrine H. for sharing! I believe if we want to know the future we must study the past. I see what will make Nokia successful are three key facts: the strong legacy & heritage of 150 years, the current talented people, and the continuous innovation being done by Bell Labs & Nokia Technologies. This is actually what is powering the current digital World and what will keep Nokia successful moving forward. I encourage you to have a look as well on this article written by Nokia CTO and President of Nokia Bell Labs, Marcus Weldon.

Hi, I believe it is the people that will make this company successful in the future - innovative people - dedicated people - diverse people.

Hi,
I have been working for Nokia for more than 26 years. It's quite a long time, during which I have witnessed many of the company's strategic moves towards success. In my view, it is crucial for any company that seeks to survive to possess the ability to adapt to changes in the external environment. As you likely know, when Nokia was founded more than 160 years ago, it began as a simple paper factory. Since then, Nokia has radically transformed itself numerous times. While we are widely known for mobile phones, Nokia also produced wellingtons and televisions. Now, we are one of the biggest and strongest companies in the mobile networks market.
Although the shift to telecommunications technology occurred many years ago, I was already a Nokia employee when we ceased producing mobile equipment and transitioned to the telecommunications business as a network provider. I have also witnessed our entry into the 5G and 6G business.
Overall, I believe the key to our success lies in the ability to change at the right time and in the right direction.
Best regards!
