We have two shared service centers, one in Finance with 600+ employees and one in the People organization with 150+ colleagues, where they provide professional support to other countries, not only Hungary. It is a beautiful opportunity for every team member to network globally and learn about the processes in smaller teams. They provide support for so many people, but they are part of small communities, and they can help each other if they have questions and help each other grow. When there is an open position in the team, the hiring managers involve the whole team and ask their team members for feedback if they think the new candidate would be a great addition to the team, so decisions are made collaboratively.
