Career prospect for someone with a PhD in HCI

I have a research background in Human-Computer interaction. To elaborate, I worked wih Bias evaluation of LLMs and also have experience in Usable Privacy and security. What roles are there for someone like me at Nokia? How to prepare for them?

    Hi Chowdhury M., great to have you with us! Phds have two career paths within Nokia, one path is pure research with Nokia Bell Labs, while the other path is applied R&D. Bells labs focuses on strategy and technology enablers, including patents.


    On the other hand, applied R&D projects include but are not limited to AR/VR in digital twins, GenAI projects, etc. which translate to customer use cases and Proof of concepts (PoCs) that eventually get productized.
