Sreenath E. asked a question to Rita L.
Hi Sreenath!
Happy New Year!
Sure, I can share a bit about the structure.
I work at Nokia within the Finance and IT department. In addition, there is a dedicated Digital Office organization, which hosts most of the AI, development, and IT-related teams. Within the Digital Office, there is a Data department, and inside that, a team focused on automation delivery and intelligent automation—this is where the Process Mining team sits.
It can sound a bit confusing at first, but in simple terms, we work within the Data & Automation team under the broader IT organization.
Not sure that was the question, but if you want to know more about the data architecture of our team we can also explore that topic!
Hi Rita, thank you for the clear explanation, this was very helpful.
I’d be really interested in learning a bit more about the data architecture and how the Process Mining team operates in practice. If you’re open to it, I’d love to schedule a quick 10–15 minute chat at your convenience to hear more about your experience and the team’s work.
Thanks again, and Happy New Year!
Best,
Sreenath
