The GenAI is leveraged in the cMM product through AIML features readiness such as:

AIML functionalities are leveraged through the new MLIS Pod, which is integrated in CMM. It is an optional PoD type in the cMM product. The Machine Learning Intelligence Service (MLIS) pod is introduced to support AI/ML models within the CMM.

• Full connectivity to all other pods within a container-based CMM 
• High-frequency influx of call processing KPIs, CMM performance KPIs, and external network elements' performance data by Call Processing Pods
• No dependency on any pre-loaded data, use of live-streamed data to learn their "own" site's behavior
• Training and tuning of AI/ML models for forecasting, anomaly detection, and classification of root causes of various failures, etc.
• Built-in capabilities for concept drift detection in traffic to automatically retrain the models
• Connectivity across multiple CMMs in the same pool /set for load and other data sharing
