Hi Muhammad, thanks for your question. At Nokia we have a global Employee Assistance Program (EAP) called the Personal Support Service. This is a confidential support channel open to all Nokia employees and their families. The service provides direct access to confidential and professional support and guidance, in native languages, on a range of emotional, practical and work-life issues. Issues could be related to workload and work relationships, problems at home, or daily living support such as financial or legal information and support. Included in this service is mindfulness coaching to help with managing stress, and life coaching to help navigate life transitions.
Our global wellbeing programs empower employees to get the balance right in relation to how, where and when they work, and our training series helps to raise awareness on a broad range of mental health and wellbeing topics, so that people can access support earlier.
