Nokia has a robust Quality Management System (QMS) implemented across the organization, it follows the Plan-Do-Check-Act cycle structure of the ISO 9001:2015 standard. Our processes and MoO comply with the ISO 9001:2015 standards, which are managed by Quality teams in each Business Group/Central Function within the Nokia organization.
There are dedicated teams that are responsible for ensuring proper implementation, governance, and compliance towards QMS standards and continuous improvement of processes and MoOs. Delivery excellence domains within Nokia BGs are dedicated to enabling and enhancing delivery processes while upholding a commitment to excellence and delivering a seamless experience for Nokia customers.
I hope this clarifies.
