How about your thinking to a Filipino ?
Hi, thank you for the good question. As in our working environment and culture one of our driving values is Nokia value respect there is no impact on different cultures in the working environment. We respect each other and we rather understand and educate each other about cultural differences.
Hi - thank you for this introspective question. Diversity and respect for others are key Nokia values. As a global corporation, we are aware of cultural differences among employees, we understand that our priority is to support in common the business goals of Nokia, and we grow and learn from working with colleagues who may have different cultural backgrounds than our own. For me, many colleagues from a variety of cultures have over time become good friends.
When we come to work, we are all Nokia employees, working to make the company a success and supporting each other in doing so.
