Yes we are present in Algeria. Personally I haven't visited there yet, however what I can say from my travels to various Nokia sites across the world is that our values truly define the work-life culture everywhere.
I'm not saying that every Nokia site is the same, all of them have their own "local flavours", their own success stories and challenges. Rather that due to the fact that we work across our borders, having mostly virtual teams (teams across multiple countries) we learn from each other, we align to each other, collaborate, and this helps to cut down the distances, and even plays a role in creating a friendly work culture in all countries where people are approachable and ready to help each other.
