I am coming after a paid job hiatus of 5 years, though I have been voluntarily actively working in the last 5 years. Recruiters only talk about diversity and inclusion, not acting upon it.
Thank you for the question. Nokia is an equal opportunity employer committed to diversity and inclusion. Employment decisions are made regardless of a person’s gender or career gaps. We encourage everyone to check out open positions at Nokia and apply to those appealing to them.

I appreciate your concerns and frustrations. However, when it comes to our hiring practices I would really like to echo what my colleague Burcu D. mentioned. I can't speak on behalf of other recruiters with other organisations but for Nokia, we are an equal employer and will hire based on qualifications and potential regardless of career gaps, gender, ethnicity, etc.
