Strong fundamentals – solid grasp of ML concepts and tools like Python, scikit-learn, or PyTorch - you need to know the tools of the trade
Data mindset – thinking critically about data quality, context, and impact - contribute to our data and ai driven culture
Real-world focus – applying AI to solve meaningful business or network problems - knowledge is valuable but application creates value
Collaboration skills – communicating insights across technical and non-technical teams - Data and AI are "team" sports. You need to be able to contribute to the team.
