For AI and applied R&D roles at Nokia, what kind of project evidence matters most for early-career candidates?

I am an MSc AI graduate based in France, with recent experience building an evaluated LLM/RAG system for enterprise data analysis and research experience in speech/NLP. I am trying to understand how Nokia AI teams evaluate early-career profiles: is it more important to show production engineering depth, research-style evaluation, domain knowledge in networks, or a strong portfolio project connected to Nokia’s technical areas? I would appreciate any advice on how to make an application more relevant for AI or applied R&D roles at Nokia.
