Marcin K. asked a question to Burcu D.
Greetings Marcin. Inclusion at Nokia is about creating an environment where all our people feel and are valued and accepted. They should feel they can bring their full selves to work each day and they are able to contribute their personal best. Nokia has a very diverse workforce but we know that diversity of little value, it we are not making use of it with inclusion. Everyone is stronger, when no one is left out. Therefore we make sure to embrace everyone in our efforts see our page https://www.nokia.com/about-us/careers/life-at-nokia/inclusion-and-diversity/ for more information on our approach and programs. Thank you for this question.
