Hello. As in any company where you have the standard of always on - always connected, it can be quite challenging some times, especially considering the amount of information and all the channels for communication, internally. In this sense Nokia is trying to help its employees with advice, guidance, flexibility and short campaigns or training to support awareness. This is even more important for colleagues with smaller children, or having family members to take care of.
I personally value being outdoors, doing some exercise or doing things I enjoy, to be able to switch off from work - healthy lifestyle is also promoted in a sense.
