    Hi Bahar,

I can give you insights into the life of a dual-trainee in Germany, but I think the practical/internship part should be similar across different trainee programs.

The dual trainee program in Germany is a unique opportunity to combine theoretical studies with practical experience. In the theoretical part, we collaborate with several universities across Germany. Each semester, you will study theory for approximately 3 months at your chosen university and then apply the acquired knowledge in practice for several months in various business areas at Nokia. You can choose where you would like to do your internships, so this part of the life of a trainee is entirely up to you. It could be everything from R&D to Sales. These internships could be about, for example, supporting the team in their daily work or working on your own project within the team. After 3 to 3,5 years in this program, you will graduate with your bachelor's degree.

Furthermore, the dual-trainee program in Germany includes the chance to do a semester abroad in the theoretical part as well as an international internship at one of our global Nokia offices. I did my semester abroad in Edinburgh, Scotland, and my Nokia internship in Tokyo, Japan.
