I believe that the soft skills we look for in our young talent are the same across the globe. We value a lot individuals willing and open to learn, who are proactive and open-minded. Also, it is important to have team spirit as we are a big company and usually work in teams.

I would also bet on fearless communication. Trying one's hardest to have 5% more bravery when expressing an opinion and breaking that social ice that often surrounds even professional communication.
In addition, being able to express yourself and show up as you is a valued skill.
