The daily activities and the way the day goes are different for every employee. I will try to give you my point of view.
Each day there are specific tasks that need to be completed. Maybe these tasks have been determined from the previous day as well. Thus, everyone has some tasks, and all are based on the priorities that have been set. If these activities are completed, then we can spend some time reading educational documents or watching tutorial videos and related trainings.
Online meetings are also part of our daily activities. These calls can be a simple sync with the whole team or a meeting for a specific reason. Very often calls may arise to schedule future tasks.
In general, the environment at Nokia is good and characterized by mutual cooperation and understanding between team members.
Finally, I would like to mention that sometimes we organize group events like basketball and other times we just go out for food and drinks.
