I am a current MS student and transitioned from Electronics to Machine learning and also did a internship at Nokia. Can you help me navigate the job search and how can I land a role in the company. Also is it necessary to meet all the job criteria when applying for a position?
For sure check out https://careers.nokia.com/ for your job search. Each search is different based on your experience and so you really need to look at what is available and try to match your skills the position. You don't have to meet all the requirements - more is better but there are no perfect matches. You can grow into the role and hiring managers know this. Using a Large Language Model to help you apply is fine. Good luck
