Thank you for the excellent question. As we know, balancing professional and personal passions is important to overall happiness and well-being. It definitely requires conscious effort to balance both. It needs self-awareness and time management. Striking the right balance can be challenging, but at Nokia, we look forward to this harmony and colleagues are very understanding and supportive.
If I prioritize effectively, it is mostly possible to achieve. Respecting each other's time, managing calendars well, planning well in advance, and blocking sufficient time for personal passions helps. Sometimes, the plans get messed up due to sudden, critical business needs, but it is understandable. Again, a good, structured schedule and having clear boundaries are the key to this balance.
