Sabita H. asked a question to Jennifer S.
Hi,
thank you for your question.
Nokia’s project management structure includes multiple lines—such as A&S, Software Development, Verification, and CIS NPI—each with its own program manager, project manager, technical manager, tech leads, and engineers, all of whom ultimately report to the System Program Manager. The project follows a predictive, agile, or hybrid format; we use our own process, called the NOKIA CREATE process, for product development.
Thank you
thank you🙂
