    This is of course a great career path today and for the future. I'm sharing a few recommendations. Education and skill development are the foundation. Math and Statistics are critical. Experience: perhaps you can do this in your current job but Kaggle is another forum for skill development and application. Build your resume with use cases. Stay current with your readings and attend live or online conferences as it is a fast-moving area. Network (LinkedIn but there are others) and apply for opportunities. Good luck.
