    Hey Stepan, based on my recruiter's feedback I would say my strong personality and flexibility shone through. I was able to demonstrate that by being comfortable in an interview setting and being fearless throughout the process: asking questions and being assertive. At the end of the day, practice makes perfect so training is something I would highly recommend.

    Before the interview phase, I would recommend having a strong, organized and concise CV. Would recommend a one-pager from Canva!
