As a software architect, I would like to share 3 skills an intern developer can develop inside Nokia (may also be applicable in any software-related career) - focusing on coding skills, collaboration, and continuous learning. • Open - Focus on mastering fundamental programming concepts (e.g., C++, Python, depending on the team). In addition, read and understand internal codebases and documentation to know how the system works, learn best practices, and coding styles. Actively participate in code reviews, seek feedback, and contribute to team projects.
• Fearless - Embrace challenges as opportunities for growth. Actively seek out mentorship opportunities to learn from experienced developers in the team. Don't hesitate to explore unfamiliar areas of technology or take on tasks outside your comfort zone.
• Empowered - Stay updated on the latest technologies and trends relevant to Nokia's work. Take advantage of Nokia's internal training programs, such as workshops or certifications.
