Hello,
I'll give you a general overview of Nokia's working environment for engineers. Besides the regular safety measures at each site, we have yearly mandatory training. This training reminds us how to work safely, we know it as the Nokia Life Saving Rules.
For engineers working in the lab testing hardware, there's extra safety training. This includes how to handle hardware components safely, like ESD (Electrostatic Discharge) and Calibration training - which I think you're most interested in.
