Jinay P. asked a question to Amanjot S.
It's been a while since I was a co-op/intern at Nokia in the year 2015. During that time, my experience as a Co-op Student was very insightful, which led me on the path to consider joining as a full-time employee. During my 8-month co-op, I was involved in hands-on projects from web development to testing. What starts from a small debugging exercise can turn into a full feature development depending on the skill level and pace of the student. The goal, as a student, is to have a 2-way experience. One is to contribute to the team with your work, and the second is to learn and grow your skills. I feel that it is a truly well-rounded experience.
Now 8+ years later, I have been mentoring co-op students/interns in my team related to software and web development projects. I find it a very meaningful way to engage with interns and guide them through a crucial part of their career journey.
And lastly, I will highly encourage you to apply for all co-op positions that interest you at Nokia. All the best.
