Jefferey L. asked a question to Casey C.
I recently applied to the Embedded Software Developer Student position and I would love to hear about your experience at Nokia.
Hello Jefferey Jie Hao L.,
As for my overall experience working in Nokia, it's good! Of course, there are challenges like in other places, but I enjoy these challenges. For example, in a recent project where certain improvements needed to be discussed and required collaboration across multiple components/domains. These collaborations/discussions expand my knowledge not only technically, but also in terms of my soft skills, like project management. As a bonus, I am learning a lot from these discussions.
hmmm... what else... ah! Career growth! You can learn more about my career journey here: https://nokia.career-inspiration.com/insider/casey-c.
Do you have any specific areas you'd like to learn about Nokia? Feel free to send me a follow-up question!
Best regards,
Casey
