Hi is there a separate leadership development track for developing Inclusive growth.

In my present org there is a track to incubate future leaders to provide employees to grow even to CEO level

    Hi, Vidyapathy,

    If you mean inclusive growth in the economic sense "a concept that advances equitable opportunities for economic participants during economic growth with benefits incurred by every section of society.", we do not have exactly this concept, or the equivalent of such a program.
    However, in our experiential learning programs, and some specific talent programs, Think Tanks and such we do tackle entrepreneurship and require participants to think out of the box, use innovation and risk taking, and test new endeavours.
    We also have special development actions for successors to help them prepare for the next role, and specific tracks for certain roles.

    My colleague answered this question but I would like to also add couple of points.
    Similar to your organization, we also have leadership track and different programs for different leadership levels. However since you've also asked about "inclusive growth" would like to mention that there isn’t a separate track for leaders to develop based on inclusion, as inclusion is baked into all of the leadership development solutions at Nokia. In particular, we are keen on leaders and aspiring leaders developing their “human skills”, in particular the skills that drive inclusive behaviours. These are prevalent in the workshops, learning materials and communities leaders use to improve.
