Justin M. asked a question to Kelly W.
Hello! Thank you for your question. I started as a research scientist at Modeling & Optimization group in AI research labs a little over three years ago and have been with the group ever since. I myself have not worked in other groups, but some of my coworkers have more experience working in different departments and groups across Nokia and Nokia Bell Labs.
@Steve T., @Casey C., @Dharmendra S., @Monika M., you might want to share your experiences too!
Hi Kelly,
Thank you for your message! I joined Nokia four years ago as a Product Owner in the L2 team. In that role, I was responsible for managing the team, ensuring our goals were delivered on time, and fostering good collaboration across team members.
Since the beginning of this year, I’ve been working as a People Manager in the Space and Defense area. My current responsibilities focus on people management — supporting my team’s growth and development, setting clear priorities, and ensuring we deliver high-quality products on time. I also work closely with other teams to maintain strong collaboration and alignment across projects.
