Reddy M. asked a question to Linda K.
Hi there, I do love this question and it's a difficult one to answer as leadership is multifaceted. Not everyone aspires to be a "leader", and it can manifest in many different forms. A leader isn't always someone in a formal management role; there are leaders who inspire from within their teams or communities without holding any specific title. In my view, effective leadership is about passion, leading by example, showing empathy and compassion, listening actively, and challenging the status quo. These qualities help leaders create a positive impact, whether they’re at the front of a group or leading quietly from the sidelines.
