Hello. During my long career, I have been fortunate to work on various projects. While every day is interesting and rewarding, some projects have been more challenging and satisfying. Without getting into too many details due to obvious reasons, let me share a few examples. Projects that I have been involved in have been around innovation (developing something to meet customer needs), automation (creating more efficiency and agility in the process), generating revenue (upselling features) and reducing costs (standardization, centralization). All of them have been challenging and quite rewarding. The speed of network transformation and AI as a key lever has made it more interesting currently.
