Oscar Y. asked a question to Rahul K.
I work in Nokia’s Network Infrastructure (NI) division, and the work culture here is much like what you’d expect from a modern software organization—open, collaborative, and largely flat. Nokia emphasizes being open, fearless, and empowered and at the same time emphasizes a healthy work-life balance.
Because the NI division is relatively smaller compared to other large engineering organizations, each person clearly understands their ownership in the development and maintenance of our key products—SR OS and SR Linux (SRL).
Much of our current work aligns with Nokia’s broader strategy around the AI Supercycle, where the company is working hard into AI‑driven network infrastructure. Nokia’s leadership highlighted this shift as central to the company’s future direction—building advanced connectivity to support the massive growth of AI workloads
