I'm studying MSc Accessibility & Diversity in Digital Services: Sustainable Societies & Digitalization, with background in Psychology. It's relatively an emerging field. About to my graduate, I would like to know about prospective career pathways and any traineeship or internship opportunities.

Hi, and very important field of studies and experience for the (near) future.
As this time of checking, I do not see any traineeship/internship opening for the specific part which is the social dynamics of AI solutions and systems.
But this is an important area for research within Nokia, so it may be a good idea for you to consider places for further studies (a Ph.D?) and gaining experience (for instance on other aspects of AI), while you could keep checking if new opportunities are posted from Nokia side.
In the meantime, it wouldn't be a bad idea to follow on LinkedIn my colleague, Daniele Quercia who posts often great opportunities for responsible AI talks and research.
