The first skill I can think of that is important for Nokia is a willingness to learn! There are lots of emerging technologies that we work with at Nokia, so even employees who have been working here for years have to learn new skills and technologies to accomplish their work. To demonstrate this skill on a resume, I would recommend getting involved in research projects through your school or as a personal project. On your resume, be sure to talk about the skills you had to learn specifically for a project so that the hiring manager can see the fact that you learned a new skill for the project, as well as highlight the process and results of your project.

Highlight any experience you have related to the skills mentioned in the job you're applying for. For example, if you are applying for a job with a focus on AI, be sure to mention any coursework or previous experience you may have related to AI.
