How can I feel motivated and compromised when my new manager says he doesn't trust my work when I've give the best?

I've been in the company for 2 years and I really love it, I'm full compromised with this comment I'm beat down and my motivation is on the floor.

Hello! The best way to approach this situation is to reach out directly to either your line manager´s manager, an HR Consultant, or your HR Business Partner. You have different ways to look for support and review the current situation. I hope this solves your question.
