Thank you for asking, let me try to explain what inspires me to do my work passionately and get involved. When I joined the company, it was largely about working for an MNC and a world leader in telecommunication. I have always enjoyed the company culture and the focus on innovation. Closer to my role, there are 2 key areas. The first is about supporting Nokia offers/bids to win customer business. It is a great motivation that we deliver critical networks that bring the world closer through secure connectivity. This is even more important during these virtual times. Within this scope, whenever there is something unique, it further excites me. As an example, if there is a big possibility of business development, new complexity being added, a new challenge to be solved, new technology being introduced (e.g. 5G right now), more innovation, automation, and digitalization introduced (e.g. machines taking over multiple roles like medical surgery, autonomous vehicles), it gets me further involved.
Another key aspect of my role is leading the team. Evolving leaders, coaching, mentoring, and seeing them grow, give me a lot of personal satisfaction.
