Sahil K. asked a question to Steve T.
Things I wish I had known before. These may not be Nokia-specific but rather career tips. #1 Know what you enjoy and follow that. I enjoy data and helping others, so I ended up in the learning and development organization, teaching data content. #2 Be prepared to "re-invent" yourself. The world is changing rapidly and you need to respond by developing new skills. This makes it more fun too. #3 Don't wait to be asked. See something interesting - follow that passion. See a problem - fix the problem. Work is work but at times when I have been able to incorporate all three it was quite rewarding. Good luck
