This of course is a big struggle. Doing the job while staying current with continuous learning. I would suggest situational learning. If you are working on a real business-related problem, try to search for learning to support and apply to that problem. Be targeted. Don't focus necessarily on completing the training. Just on the learning that will help you advance your problem-solving. Use a large language model to help you target your learning needs. The key would be to close the gap between learning and your job. Integrate them.
