Adriano C. asked a question to Dharmendra S.
Nokia has operations in over 150 countries, so procurement, supply chain as well as logistics processes are pretty finely tuned and standardised. Reverse logistics processes are executed in collaboration with our warehouse services as well as logistics service providers. Nokia has pretty big organisations looking after these issues, as it's a critical part of our execution. Our customers have the option of returning products, be that they are faulty, end of life or proof of concept products used for a while.
