Oscar V. asked a question to Dharmendra S.
Thanks for your question. As you may know, Nokia has always been the frontrunner in innovation & rapidly changing technologies. For many years now, Nokia has been a pioneer in technology, be it 5G, Cloud Computing, Cybersecurity, Broadband, Fiber for everything, IP networks and more. In order to remain competitive in the market, Nokia is investing heavily in research & is fostering a culture of continuous learning which leverages agile methodologies to help navigate the complexities of AI and harness its full potential. Depending on the needs of different teams, Nokia is creating its own LLM & AI use cases which are duly approved by Risk Boards before they are fully implemented. In parallel, the teams get prepared through multiple trainings and on-the-job opportunities to support the same. This is how our products, processes, tools and people are AI-ready.
Thank you so much for sharing these insights! It’s incredible to see how Nokia continues to be at the forefront of technological innovation. Your commitment to investing in cutting-edge research and fostering a culture of continuous learning is truly inspiring. I love how Nokia is not only creating its own AI and LLM use cases but also preparing teams with the right skills and opportunities to support these advancements. It’s this kind of forward-thinking approach that sets Nokia apart in such a competitive industry. Keep up the amazing work! I’m excited to see where these innovations lead!
