    I can speak to the Learning Organization's approach. We have implemented job rotations because we recognize that diverse talents and experiences can create value across organizations. Companies and organizations can suffer from groupthink or "how we have always done things". New perspectives can create innovation. They also create growth opportunities. Job Rotations and Temporary Assignments are a Nokia company-wide initiative.
