How does the career progression look like in the Software Dev / AI/ML Engineer departments?

Have you personally been pivoting to more AI/ML use and training during your career at Nokia, or is the Software Dev role still the same as it was 5 - 10 years ago? :) How does that affect the career outlook?

Hi Philipp,

In terms of career progression, both Software Development and AI/ML Engineering roles offer solid growth paths at Nokia. Over the last 5–10 years, the roles have evolved. There’s definitely been a shift toward integrating AI/ML into more areas. If you're interested in these areas, my advice is to check Nokia’s job listings to spot trends and tailor your learning accordingly.
