Each employee is required to dedicate a minimum of 100 hours annually to training and development. Nokia offers an extensive internal learning and development hub, providing access to a wide range of training programs across various topics. Additionally, employees time to time receive access to external learning platforms, such as LinkedIn Learning or Coursera, for up to six months.
